Program Learning Outcomes and Curriculum

Program Learning Outcomes, elective courses, and course mapping documents supporting the development of student competencies in the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.

Program Learning Outcomes (PLO)

The Program Learning Outcomes describe the competencies that students are expected to achieve upon completing the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program.

PLO1
Demonstrate faith in Almighty God and a religious attitude based on the values of Pancasila, morality, and pharmaceutical ethics.
PLO2
Apply pharmaceutical sciences in the field of Science and Technology in accordance with Balinese Usadha.
PLO3
Apply pharmaceutical sciences in clinical and community fields in accordance with Balinese Usadha.
PLO4
Able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking and demonstrate independent, high-quality, and measurable performance in the development or implementation of science and technology while considering and applying humanities values relevant to the pharmaceutical field.
PLO5
Able to identify, separate, isolate, purify, and standardize natural-product medicinal compounds.
PLO6
Able to maintain and develop professional networks with supervisors, colleagues, and peers both within and outside the institution.
PLO7
Able to understand the principles of formulation design and production processes for medicines, natural medicines, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals as part of the quality assurance process.
PLO8
Able to identify, separate, isolate, purify, and standardize natural-product medicinal compounds.
PLO9
Able to identify and solve drug-related problems based on analysis of information and data using evidence-based approaches in the design, manufacture/preparation, distribution, management, and/or provision of pharmaceutical preparations to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
PLO10
Able to understand the principles of drug design and analysis of pharmaceutical and food products, and able to design and conduct analytical activities on pharmaceutical and food products as part of quality and safety assurance processes and their application in the health sector.
