Academic networking and shared utilization of resources to support education, curriculum development, laboratory activities, and quality improvement of the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.

Collaboration in the Development of the Study Program

Since the planning stage for the establishment of the Pharmacy Study Program, the committee has developed collaboration with higher education institutions providing pharmacy education in Indonesia through the Association of Indonesian Pharmacy Higher Education (APTFI), in which the Pharmacy Study Program became a junior member.

At that time, the collaboration and partnerships had not yet been formalized through binding agreements such as a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), but were implemented primarily in the form of benchmarking.

This was reflected in the preparation of the proposal for the establishment of the Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. The proposal was developed based on the team's review and analysis of curricula implemented by pharmacy higher education institutions in Indonesia, with the addition of local content as a distinctive characteristic and identity of the Pharmacy Study Program at Udayana University.

2007–2008

The collaboration continued through curriculum improvement activities at the Pharmacy Study Program. During the development of the 2008 curriculum, the Study Program invited experts from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), and Universitas Airlangga.

2009, 2012, 2014, and 2019

As the Study Program developed, curriculum reviews were conducted four times, namely in 2009, 2012, 2014, and 2019.

Collaboration within Udayana University

Collaboration and partnerships are also carried out with units within Udayana University, particularly with study programs within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Academic staff from other study programs whose expertise is required by the Pharmacy curriculum are involved in teaching and learning activities.

The Pharmacy Study Program also utilizes laboratories belonging to the Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics Study Programs to support student laboratory activities.

Study Programs within FMIPA

Collaboration involving academic staff and the utilization of laboratories from the Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics Study Programs to support teaching and laboratory activities.

Faculty of Medicine

Collaboration particularly in the delivery of Pharmacology-Toxicology lectures and laboratory activities.

Analytical Technical Unit

Utilization of facilities and resources to support analytical activities required in the learning process.

Biotechnology and Bioscience Technical Unit

Collaboration in Separation Methods laboratory activities, particularly electrophoretic separation.

Forensic Science and Criminology Technical Unit

Collaboration in laboratory activities for Separation Methods, Pharmaceutical Analysis II, Analytical Chemistry, Forensic and Clinical Toxicology Analysis, and Food and Cosmetic Analysis.
