COMMUNITY SERVICE IN KLUNGKUNG REGENCY

In the 14^th anniversary series, Pharmacy undergraduate program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, conducted community service in Besan Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. The community service program was well received by the people of Besan Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. Mrs. Dewa Ayu Swastini, S.F., M.Farm., Apt. as the leader gave a speech while opening the dedication program.

 

Community service involves pharmacy lecturers, pharmacy students, Medical Faculty students, General practitioners, and Ophthalmologists. In this community service, pharmacy degree program, provides free medical services to the people of Besan Village in the form of general practitioner examinations, eye examinations, blood sugar checks, cholesterol checks, blood pressure checks and free oral and topical drug administration.

 

This service is supposed to be able to help improve the health of rural communities and introduce pharmacy graduate programs to the general public.
